Spicy Beehoon Pakodas
Bahan-bahan • 50g EKA LAKSA BERAS THAI, soaked to soften, drained
• 250g chickpea flour • 1 onion, chopped • 3 red chillies, chopped • 100g corn kernels • 1 sprig coriander leaves, chopped • ½ teaspoon of white pepper • 4-5 tbsp water • 3 cups oil for deep-frying
