• 150g EKA FATIMA BIHUN soaked to soften, drained 1 tbsp sliced ginger • 5 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked, shredded • 10g carrot, shredded • 10g dried wood ear fungus, soaked, shredded • 200g pumpkin, peeled, shredded • 150g cabbage, shredded
Seasoning sauce (mixed): • 3 tbsp light soy sauce • 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • ½ tsp pepper • 200ml water
Garnishing:• Chopped local celery and red chili
