Spicy Beehoon Pakodas

Ingredients

Bahan-bahan
• 50g EKA LAKSA BERAS THAI, soaked to soften, drained

• 250g chickpea flour
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 red chillies, chopped
• 100g corn kernels
• 1 sprig coriander leaves, chopped
• ½ teaspoon of white pepper
• 4-5 tbsp water
• 3 cups oil for deep-frying

Cooking Method

  1. Cut beehoon into short lengthwise
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
  3. Add white pepper and chickpea flour
  4. Add little water from time to time
  5. Form mixture into patties
  6. Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown and well cooked
  7. Serve
