• 150g EKA BIHUN TRADISIONAL, soaked to soften, drained • 3 tbsp oil • 1 tsp salted soybean paste (taucu) • 1 piece taukua, fried, cut into small cubes • 50g chives • 150g bean sprout
Sambal (pounded): • 5 shallots • 3 pips garlic • 8 dried chillies • 2 tbsp dried shrimps
Garnish: • Hard boiled egg, limes and red chilli
