Bihun Goreng Ikan Rangkup

Fried Mee Siam

Ingredients

• 150g EKA BIHUN TRADISIONAL, soaked to soften, drained
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp salted soybean paste (taucu)
• 1 piece taukua, fried, cut into small cubes
• 50g chives
• 150g bean sprout

Sambal (pounded):
• 5 shallots
• 3 pips garlic
• 8 dried chillies
• 2 tbsp dried shrimps 

Garnish:
• Hard boiled egg, limes and red chilli

Cooking Method

  1. Heat up oil, saute sambal till fragrant.
  2. Add in salted soybean paste, stir well.
  3. Add in taukua and stir-fry till well mixed.
  4. Add in EKA Bihun Tradisional and stir well.
  5. Add in chives, bean sprout and stir well.
  6. Garnish with hard boiled eggs, limes and red chilies. Serve.
