Soup Laksa EKA Cenderawasih
Ingredients
+ 300gm laksa bihun EKA
+ 400gm meat ( grinders and boil with one of cup water)
+ 1 can tomato juice
+ 1 md carrot ( slice )
+ 3 tbsp sapi oil
+ 2 tbsp peanut oil
+ 15 tbsp dried chilies; seeds removed
+ 2 cl garlic
+ 2 big onions
+ 1 spoon jintan manis
+ Ajinomoto and salt to taste
+ Fried onion
+ Daun Sup slice
+ 1-2 braise eggs
Cooking Instructions
Heat the remaining 3 tablespoons sapi oil and 2 tablespoon of peanut oil. Fry the onions, garlic, dried chilies and jintan manis have been grinders until the colour become golden. Add the meat stock, tomato juice and carrot. When the soup boiled, season to taste with salt . Lastly add Laksa Bihun Eka and mix thoroughly. Time to serve garnish the soup with fried onion, Daun sup and eggs.
